Our role is to raise money for projects that fall outside of NHS funding and are described elsewhere on this site. For this we need your donation or your help as a volunteer to raise money.

  • Make a regular donation and become a Friend

    Making a regular donation makes you a member of the League of Friends and you will receive an annual newsletter and be invited to attend our AGM. The minimum contribution is £10 per annum.

  • Donate while you shop

    Now it's even easier to raise money for us with the new Easyfundraising app for iPad and iPhone

    Raise money for us when you shop online by registering with easyfundraising.org.uk When you make purchases at any of easyfundraising's partner retailers including: Amazon, John Lewis, M&S and over 2000 others they will donate up to 15% of what you spend directly to the League of Friends at no extra cost to you.

    If you would like to support us in this way go to the League of Friends page at easyfundraising to register your details. You can then find the retailer you want to shop with and continue shopping as you normally would. Your donation will be shown in your easyfundraising account within 30 days.

  • Text giving

    Donate via your mobile phone with JustTextGiving. Simply text JCER23 and the amount you wish to donate, (either £1, £2, £3, £4, £5 or £10) to 70070 (e.g. your text could read JCER23 £10). You won’t be charged for the text and you will be given the opportunity to add gift aid to your donation. For more information visit the JustTextGiving website.

  • In person

    Donations, large or small, are always gratefully received. Please either contact the Treasurer, or leave at the League Shop for the attention of The Treasurer.

  • Legacies

    Legacies are particularly welcome, as these enable us to provide substantial improvements in patient care. For information on leaving a legacy to The League of Friends, please contact The Treasurer, Salisbury Hospital League of Friends, Finance Department, Salisbury District Hospital, SP2 8BJ.


Volunteer your help

  • Fundraising events

    As a member you can become directly involved in the League of Friends' activities or, for example, organise your own fundraising event to support our work. You could arrange a coffee morning, car boot sale, dinner dance or sponsored walk. Trustees will be pleased to suggest ways you may be able to help.

  • Serve in our shop

    Volunteers to help in the running of the shop are always welcome. If you feel that you can help, even for a few hours a week, please email lofshop.salisbury@gmail.com Volunteers will receive all the training and help that they need.
